Bazaar of the Bizarre is a one of a kind event at the Historic F.M. Kirby Center in downtown Wilkes Barre PA. We are bringing together the style of horror, punk rock, oddities, and tattoo culture. Presented by Josh Balz and Amy Frenchko. All ages welcome. The event is from 11am to 5pm.
